A total of112premature infants hospitalized in theNeonatal Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January2019to January2020were included and divided into control group(= 56)and experimental group(= 56)according to random numbertable method.Daily sleep time,time of first suckling,daily weight gain,neonatal behavioral neurologicalassessment(NBNA)of infants werecompared between the two groups. Compared with thecontrol group,the premature infants in the experimental group had longer daily sleep time,earlier time of first suckling,fasterdaily weight gain,and higher NBNA on the expected day of birth,and the differences were statistically significant(< 0.05).
