摘要
PURPOSE: To obtain a foamable melt processible fluoropolymer resin composition by blending BN with a specific inorganic salt. ;CONSTITUTION: This nucleation system is obtained by blending (i) BN, and (ii) an inorganic salt which is thermally stable at the extruding temperature of fluoropolymers and consist of metal cation and multi-atomic anion and meets formulae I-III (r = crystal ion radius of cation(Å); g = valence of cation; pka=log of ka for the reaction of formula IV; A = anion; H = hydrogen; q=absolute number of valence of anion). The foamable composition comprising a fluoropolymer is obtained by blending a fluoropolymer with ≥35 wt.% of fluorine content, and the component (i) with 0.02-2.0 wt.% and the said nucleation system comprising the component (ii) with 25-1000 ppm for the obtained composition, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO展开▼
