Overview
Join our well-established chiropractic clinic as a Billing and Administrative Assistant. We are a small team that focuses on providing a professional and high-quality experience for our patients while maintaining a fun and optimistic atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to support our clinic’s daily operations. This role helps manage patient accounts, billing tasks, and general office workflow.

Responsibilities

Manage medical billing tasksResolve issues pertaining to insurance denials and billing correctionsMonitor and utilize communication systems (email, text, fax, insurance web portals)Process mail, insurance checks, and EOBs.Review and organize payments and patient ledgersBe a main point of contact for billing questions from patients and staffAssist with phone calls and scheduling support when neededProvide occasional front desk coverage (usually during lunch and vacation/sick time)Review and send patient statementsKeep patient accounts up-to-date and accurateSupport general office tasks and team needs

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizationComfortable using computers and learning new systemsGood communication skills (phone, email, in person)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentReliable and able to work independentlyBilling experience preferred (training is available)Previous clinical administrative experience preferred

Pay: $25.11 - $35.00 per hour
