Since ancient time s, humans conquest and transform the nature arbitrarily for their own development. Humans treat animals as their tools, resulting in a series of environmental problems, destroying the balance of the ecosystem. Rapid economic development and rising living standards are grad ually changing people's lifestyles and values. Keeping pets has e a mon social phenomenon. Pets are most closely connected with humans, are the connectio n between humans and nature. People are increasingly aware of the unique value of pets and the differ ences between pets and other things. Although China has a long history of keepi ng pets, but so far, we still don’t have a complete legislation specifically for the pe ts’ protection.
