The invention discloses a hand-held pressing-type semi-automatic pet cat nail clipping-filing tool which comprises an upper force arm and a lower force arm. One end of the upper force arm and one endof the lower force arm are respectively connected with an upper hinge head and a lower hinge head. The upper force arm and the lower force arm which are connected with the upper hinge head and the lower hinge head are integrally installed through a stop block, on one hand, elastic connection of the upper force arm and the lower force arm is achieved through a torsion spring, on the other hand, bymovably installing a sliding sleeve and a secondary supporting rod which are connected with a conductive rod in the upper force arm through a strong spring, utilizing a fixed magnet and a lower magnetwhich repel with the same pole to movably support a sliding block and a primary supporting rod in the lower force arm movably supports the through, and arranging a storage battery and a searchlight which are electrically connected in the upper force arm and the lower force arm, movable connection of the conductive rod and a conductive sleeve is achieved by utilizing opening-closing movement of the upper force arm and the lower force arm, the fingernail position of a pet cat is highly illuminated through the searchlight, the vascular passage of the pet cat is determined, the pet cat is prevented from being injured by mistake, and improvement of the fingernail shearing and filing efficiency, accuracy and safety is facilitated.
