遛狗公园——生机盎然的交流空间和乐园 Dog Park—A Vibrant and Active Communication Space and Paradise 作者：张文英、郭静雯 Author: Zhang Wenying, Guo Jingwen 全文刊登于《中国园林》2010 年第4 期P71-76 th Published on Chinese Landscape Architecture on 2010 the 4 P71-P76 收稿日期：2009-12-04；修回日期：2010-03-20 Received Date: 2009-12-04; Accepted Date: 2010-03-20 摘要：从社会伦理及人文关怀的角度出发，遛狗公园作为城市生活的完善配套设施，越来越成为城市环境建设中一项不可忽视的内容。通过国外遛狗公园的发展及特点，将遛狗公园分为速成式、开放式、滨水式和租赁式，同时按遛狗公园与城市公园的关系分为附和型、独立型和结合型。总结遛狗公园的基本设施和建设原则。针对我国宠物公园建设理论与实践相对缺乏之现状，提出建立遛狗公园的必要性和可行性。【关键词】风景园林；遛狗公园；研究；基础设施 Abstract: From the point of view of social ethics and humanism, dog parks, as a facility improving urban life, becomes a necessary issue in urban environment construction. In this article the distinctive features of new-type dog parks are summarized and divided into types of instant dog parks, unfenced dog parks, dog beach and renting dog parks. At the moment, dog parks are divided into three forms according to their relationship with urban parks, namely attached, independent, and mixed. After drawing a conclusion to basic facilities and the principle of planning and design, the necessity and possibility of building dog parks are proved by the consequence of shortages of dog park theories and practices. 【Key words】landscape architecture; dog park; study; basic facilities 随着社会发展，越来越多的城市居民开始饲养宠物狗，以作为减少孤独感，弥补精神空虚和培养爱心的一种途径。而在胁迫的城市环境中，如何有效地使用城市公共绿地，为人和宠物提供安全的活动场所，是迫切需要解决的问题。“禁止在公园中遛狗”——这项在不养犬的人看来非常合理的要求，对众多养犬人士而言，却可以算是一项严重的歧视。 With the development of society, more and more urban residents are keeping pet dogs to reduce their loneliness and to make up for their spiritual void, which also is a way to foster love.
