推动保护空缺地纳入官方保护地体系以及保护地升级，促进候鸟及其栖息地保护立法和政策完善。
Mobilize civil protection forces to conduct basic protection and monitoring activities in the sites beyond protected areas, form a civil protection network complementary to the official nature reserve system.
推动6个保护空缺地纳入了官方保护地体系，其中3个地块列入《国际重要湿地名录》。
FFW has promoted the inclusion of six sites beyond protected areas into the official nature reserve system, with three sites included in The List of Wetlands of International Importance (the Ramsar List).
通过阿拉善SEE生态协会会员累计向全国两会提交6份湿地和鸟类保护相关提案，并获得有关部门的回复，促进了湿地保护相关法律法规的出台。
FFW submitted 6 proposals on wetland and bird protection to the NPC & CPPCC through SEE members and has obtained replies from the relevant departments, thus promoting the promulgation of laws and regulations related to wetland protection.
为“《国家重点保护野生动物名录》征求意见稿”提出修订意见，部分意见得到采纳，并于2021年2月正式发布。
FFW proposed amendments to List of Key Protected Wild Animals in China (the Draft), some of which were adopted. This List was officially released in February 2021.
