商务英语交际中的非语言交际
摘要：交际有两种类型：语言交际和非语言交际，但非语言交际常常被人们忽视,造成交际过程的不完整。在实际的商务英语交际过程中，非语言交际事实上占有举足轻重的地位，它主要包括体态语、副语言、客体语和环境语。商务英语中的非语言交际表现形式一般为脸语、手势语、身势语、目光语、体距语、副语言、商务礼仪和形象等，我们应针对各种非语言交际手段的特征，根据不同的国家和文化采取相应的策略，以达到促进商贸活动和商务交际成功的目的。

Abstract: Communication can be divided into two types:verbal and nonverbal.Ignorance of nonverbal messages will result in incomplete communication.In fact,nonverbal communication which mainly includes body language,paralanguage,object language,as well as environmental language,occupies a decisive position in practical businessEnglish communication.The nonverbal communication of businessEnglish acts as the following ways:facial impression,gesture,posture,eye contact,space,paralanguage and business manner.We should take different countermeasures according to various culture and characteristics of the nonverbal communication to develop commercial activities and business communication successfully.
