摘要

本文从五个维度(即物质生活、精神生活、生态环境、社会环境和公共服务)及三个成分(即富裕、共同和可持续性)出发,构建基于人民幸福感的共同富裕指标体系,使用熵值法和2012—2018年间数据,估算我国27个省市(自治区)的共同富裕指数。结果显示,共同富裕指数排名与经济发展水平高度相关,东南沿海省份靠前,西部省份靠后;从共同富裕成分看,东部地区和东南沿海省份的发展性(即富裕成分)和可持续性成分较好,南方比北方更具可持续性,而在共享性(即共同成分)方面中西部省份比东部排名靠前。此外,模型估算证实了本文所构建的共同富裕指数与幸福感的相关性,并识别和分析了共同富裕的驱动因素。

Abstract

This paper constructs a common prosperity index system based on people's sense of happiness from five dimensions (material life, spiritual life, ecological environment, social environment and public services) and three components (prosperity, inequality, and sustainability), and uses the entropy method and data from 2012 to 2018 to estimate the common prosperity index for 27 provincial regions (hereinafter referred to as provinces) in China. The results show that provinces' rankings in terms of the common prosperity index are highly correlated with their levels of economic development: the southeastern coastal provinces are at the top and the western provinces are at the bottom of the ranking list. As for the common prosperity component, the eastern and southeastern coastal provinces have better performance of development (i.e., the prosperity component) and sustainability, and the south is more sustainable in development than the north, and the central and western regions rank higher than eastern provinces in terms of inequality. This paper also confirms the correlation between the common prosperity index constructed in this paper and sense of happiness, and finally analyzes and identifies the driving factors behind common prosperity through model estimation.
