Because insect-repellent massage pet collar on pet neck can notonly be used as pet decoration, but also drive out and kill pet parasites(lice, fleas, toads, etc.) and scratching flying insects (mosquitoes, flies,etc.), and massage pets can make pets feel relaxed and comfortable, so it isfavored by pet owners and willing to invest money to buy. （3）宠物能够传播人类疾病
有很多宠物爱好者认为，他们精心饲养宠物，天天给它梳洗打扮、让它吃好喝好，抱着它玩抱着它睡，不让它接触其它宠物，总不该得病或传染疾病吧。这实际上是错误的观点，因为宠物也有各自的生活习性，打破了它的生活规律，这本身就是一种致病因素，我们在宠物门诊中碰到的大量病例就是这种情况；同时由于宠物的毛一般都挺长，容易藏污纳垢，是病原体比较好的孳生地；加上宠物是某些人类疾病的天然宿主或传播者，这些因素均能导致宠物将疾病传给人类。
（4）防止宠物将疾病传给人类的一些方法
大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠、地鼠、家兔等实验动物一定不能作为宠物进入家庭饲养，因为这类动物对人类的健康极其危险。
饲养犬、猫等宠物一定要定时打预防针，要培养其良好的卫生习惯，防止宠物狂叫；宠物外出运动时不能随地大小便，最好用草纸将粪便包好送到化粪池作无害化处理；养犬家庭务必要讲公德，遵守国家有关规定，办理养犬注册挂牌手续。
孕妇家庭一定不要饲养犬、猫等宠物，因为寄生虫（如弓形虫）病特别容易引起孕妇体内胎儿发育不良或产生畸形。
最好不要让宠物舔抚家人的皮肤、粘膜及小孩的肛门，因为有病例证明犬、猫能够通过这种方式将狂犬病传染给人。
饲养鹦鹉、八哥的家庭最好远离养鸡场，因为它们是鸡新城疫（俗称鸡瘟）最危险的传染源，并且感染本病毒后表现为结膜炎或类似流感症状；同时还要定时对环境进行消毒，防止人类感染鹦鹉热。
