摘要:

实验动物环境丰富化已成为行业热门话题,本文试图根据文献报道,结合实践经验就实验动物环境丰富化的使用原则、环境丰富化的设定、环境丰富化类型以及实施实验动物环境丰富化注意的要点展开讨论,期望能够对行业实施实验动物环境丰富化有些许指导作用。

Abstract:

Environmental enrichment has become a hot topic in laboratory animal science, which is intended to improve the well-being of laboratory animals. This paper reviews the research in this area, focusing especially on the principle and procedure of planning enrichment strategies.The consideration of housing laboratory animals should not only focus solely on animal well-being, manpower and economics, but also on the precision and accuracy of the experimental results. It also introduces the type of environmental enrichment and practice in widespread use currently.
