宠物营养与健康 技术服务经理
Position Title: Technical Service Manager
Report to : Country Sales Manager (China)
Location: Homebase
Overview:
The principal purpose of this position is to support sales to develop new customers or new opportunities at technical side. Work with product manager to guide company to develop the proper new products for target markets
Responsibilities：
1.Travelling with sales together or by their own to visit customers, provide technical supports with product usage level and best application ways.
2.Working with CLS and KAS closely to support sales with developing new customers, new sales opportunities.
3.Understand competitors’ product and customers’ need, then work with product manager to propose new product development plan for target market to R&D team.
4.Learn new knowledge about products or new skills then transfer to customer facing team by monthly training.
5.Dealing with customers complaints with QA&QC, CLS and KAS etc.
6.Support sales and marketing team with online or offline technical seminars.
7.Train the sales, marketing or other related team with product knowledges and pet food knowledges etc.
8.Up to 20% support for KNAP business outside of China, where needed.
9.Reasonable of written & spoken English to work with other regional TSMs and customers.
Qualifications：
1.Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years or more years of related experience, Master’s Degree with 3 years or more years of related experience, or Ph.D.
2.Great communication skills and modest personality.
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4.Deep pet food or render industry knowledge.
5.High EQ and positive attitude to challenges and stress.
