Puniest Pup（最小巧）：

Chihuahua

吉娃娃

The chihuahua wins the award for tiniest dog. Some are small enough to fit in a mug! But good things come in small packages --- the chihuahua has a large brain for the size of its body. It's one of the smartest dogs around.

吉娃娃是最小的狗，甚至可以放进一个咖啡杯里。但是它的脑容量很大，是聪明的狗狗。

FUN FACT: This feisty little dog is named after a state in Mexico: Chihuahua

这种容易发脾气的小狗狗原来是根据墨西哥的一个州命名的。

Coolest Eyes（寒光闪闪）:

Siberian Husky

The husky's bright blue eyes help it stand out from the canine crowd. That's because most other breeds have brown eyes. The hard-working husky is also strong enough to pull sleds over long distance.

哈士奇的蓝眼睛便于它立于犬群中，别的狗狗多数是棕色的。勤劳的哈士奇很强壮，可以拉长距离的雪橇。

Nifty Sniffer(俏嗅匠） :

Bloodhound

寻血猎犬

Bloodhounds have such an amazing sense of smell that they're sometimes called a nose with a dog attached. Police departments count on bloodhounds to help sniff out criminals---the dog's super-noses can pick up scents from a footprint that's a few days old!

寻血猎犬的嗅觉很灵敏，有时被称为一个鼻子狗是附属。警察依赖它嗅出罪犯---狗狗的超级鼻子可以辨别出几天前脚印的气味。

FUN FACT: Bloodhounds have about 230 million scent receptors (cells that help them smell) in their noses! Humans have about 5 million.

寻血猎犬鼻子有大约2亿3千万嗅觉接收器（嗅觉细胞）！人类大约有5百万个。

Most Wrinkles（最皱皮）:

Shar-Pei

沙皮

Shar-Pei puppies are born with tons of wrinkles but lose some as they get older. Their short fur is rough and bristly. In fact, the name Shar-Pei comes from the Chinese word for "sand skin".

沙皮宝宝出生时有大量的皱皮，随着长大皱皮会减少。他们的短毛硬又密。事实上，沙皮这个名字中文“沙皮”的译音。

FUN FACT: Some believe that in ancient times, Shar-Peis guarded royalty in China.

有人相信在古代，沙皮是中国皇室的护卫犬。
