PAGE 天津职业技术师范大学Tianjin 毕业设计专业：机械维修及检测技术教育班级学号：学生姓名：指导教师：副教授二〇一六年六月天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计一种鱼缸自动喂食机构及其控制系统设计A fish tank automatic feeding mechanism and its control system design专业班级：机检1111学生姓名：陈益磊指导教师：副教授学院：机械工程学院2016 年 6 月PAGE II摘要观赏鱼可为人们带来爽心悦目的感觉，舒缓人们的生活压力，为居家生活平添众多生机。因此，观赏鱼是众多家庭首先的室内装饰品。然而，伴随社会的发展，人们工作、生活节奏越来越快，人们在享受观赏鱼所带来乐趣的同时，时常会遗忘观赏鱼的喂食工作，造成观赏鱼喂食时间不规则，喂食量不均匀等问题，进而造成观赏鱼生病甚至死亡。本课题基于智能家居的基本理念，围绕家用鱼缸自动喂食系统关键问题开展设计工作。具体设计内容如下：（1）在对当前市场上家用鱼缸的结构进行调研的基础上，设计了一种便于安装到鱼缸上自动出食机构。机构可满足鱼食存储、定量出食、出食量调节等功能。（2）针对所设计的自动出食结构，以DSP为核心单元，开发了自动出食机构的控制系统，包括步进电机的控制、鱼食不足报警等方面的功能。（3）为便于人机交互的功能，课题设计了DSP与触摸屏的连接与信息交换。并开发了人机交互界面。界面具备鱼食存量情况监控，喂食量、喂食时间等参数的设定功能。关键词：观赏鱼缸；自动喂食；DSP；人机交互；智能家居ABSTRACTOrnamental fish for people to bring cool feeling, relieve peoples life pressure, as many home life added vitality. Therefore, ornamental fish is many families first indoor decorations. However, with the social development, people work, in an increasingly fast pace of life, people in the enjoyment of ornamental fish fun at the same time, often forgotten ornamental fish feeding work, resulting in ornamental fish feeding time irregular, feed uneven problems, resulting in the ornamental fish get sick or even die. This paper based on the basic concept of intelligent home, around the key problems of household aquarium automatic feeding system to carry out design work. The concrete design content is as follows:(1) On the basis of investigation and Research on the structure of domestic fish tank in the current market, a kind of automatic food feeding mechanism is designed, which can satisfy the function of the fish food storage, the quantity of food, the regulation of food intake and so on.(2) According to the design of the automatic out of food structure, with DSP as the core unit, the development of automatic control system of food, including the stepper motor control, fish food shortage alarm and other aspects of the function.(3) To facilitate the function of human
