动物福利与动物权利之法学辨析.pdf全文

The re su lt is that law shou ld u se the glo ssary of an im al welfare bu t not an im al righ ts. A t the end of th is article, the au thor re searche s the tran sform ing p rob lem s between an im al welfare in the sub ject of law and an im al righ ts in the subject of an im al p rotection and an im al ethn ic s.
