黑龙江工业学院毕业设计说明书（论文）作者: 杨森学号： 04991401022 学院: 黑龙江工业学院专业: 电气工程及其自动化题目: 基于PLC的智能饲喂系统指导者： (姓名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者： (姓名) (专业技术职务) 2018年6月毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要随着中国经济发展，在养殖领域，人工饲养已经满足不了生产的需要，集约化养殖大势所趋。工业自动化的高速发展，可编程控制器（PLC）在工业自动化领域扮演着重要的角色，为所控制的设备提供了可靠和广泛的控制应用。该文所完成的智能饲喂系统以 PLC 作为控制核心实现了养猪场智能供料的任务。该文首先介绍了课题产生的背景与相关技术。然后详细介绍了以下几方面内容：根据智能饲喂系统的技术要求，提出了该系统的总体设计方案。其中主要工作为PLC控制系统硬件设计、PLC软件设计和人机界面设计。对PLC控制系统进行了硬件结构设计。选用PLC型号为西门子S7-300 CPU 315-2DP，确定了输入/输出设备，并对输入/输出设备进行硬件连接。使用STEP 7作为编程软件，选用梯形图作为编程语言，编写用户程序。最后进行软/硬件联调。用组态软件进行人机界面设计。界面可以显示、监控，并且可以控制饲喂车工作状态，包括开停状态、定时启动、运行情况、加料情况和历史数据等。在完成智能饲喂系统的设计后，将整个系统应用于养猪场饲喂过程中。结果表明，该系统可以达到预期的技术指标，完成饲喂工作。关键词智能饲喂系统，控制系统，PLC，组态软件毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title PLC-based Intelligent feeding system Abstract With Chinas economic development, in the field of breeding, artificial breeding has failed to meet the needs of production, intensive farming trend. The intelligent feeding system completed in this paper uses PLC as the control core to realize the task of intelligent feeding of pig farms.
