However, it is a double-edged sword for doctors. How to adjust and balance the influence of empathy on medical workers has become a hot topic in recent years. In this paper, based on the viewpoint of neuroscience, the influence of clinical empathy on doctor-patient relationship, the measurement of clinical empathy and its influencing factors are all discussed from clinical neural mechanism of empathy. Finally, we make a systematic review of the current clinical empathy education methods and ideas, in order to improve the empathy ability of medical students and doctors from a new perspective, and provide certain reference for the future medical education and medical personnel training.Key words：clinical empathy neuroscience medical education
