中华花龟生态繁殖技术研究

Abstract
中华花龟(Ocadia sinensis)又名台湾草龟、六线草、珍珠龟等,隶属龟鳖目、淡水龟科、花龟属,自然界主要分布于广东、广西、海南、台湾等地.中华花龟是一种高级滋补品和贵重药材,其肉质富含蛋白质和维生素,营养丰富,味道鲜美.其甲壳加工成龟板,具有滋阴降火,补心肾、壮筋骨等功效.同时中华花龟具有良好的观赏价值,市场前景看好.但由于苗种供应不足,已成为产业快速发展的主要瓶颈.本试验运用生态养殖学原理,构建适合的生态环境,研究掌握中华花龟的性成熟年龄及其交配、产卵行为,探索亲龟培育、卵子收集、孵化等人工繁殖技术,以期达到提高繁育能力,从而解决苗种的供应目的.
